One-of-one- the original costume piece worn by May Hemsdóttir in the music video for DRY ICE.
This listing is for the taupe dirndl and matching sequined apron, as well as a coordinating white Dirndlblus (different to the one in the video). This traditional German dress looks straight out of a fairytale. The fabric is a champagne colored, shimmering, delicately patterned satin encrusted with many crystals along the bodice and apron, which ties with a wide satin bow. This particular dirndl is far more extravagant than most styles, and is frequently chosen to wear in Bavarian wedding ceremonies.
Size is a German 36, which is equivalent to a US S, measurements 32-26-36. Waist is adjustable thanks to the apron sash. For reference, my bust-waist-hip measurements (in inches) are 35-26-33, and I typically wear a size US 2.
Looks best layered over a Dirndlblus (cropped blouse) undergarment, which come in many different styles. The one I have included is the white one worn in photo [4]. The high collar and sweetheart neckline matches the silhouette of the dress perfectly.
